Role overview.

At Via Transportation, I served as a Production Designer for their Studio division, driving efficiency and consistency across marketing, product, and platform initiatives. Over three years, I improved team workflows, maintained scalable asset libraries, and designed a wide range of visual materials, from global marketing campaigns, user interfaces, to expo booths and partner integrations. My cross-functional work supported major company milestones like multiple launches worldwide, Citymapper acquisition, contributed to successful RFP initiatives that turned into deals, and played a key role in elevating brand visibility and securing revenue.

Social Posts.

Promoting the service, depending on the audience and internal goals we will switch between illustration or real imagery, always showcasing what this product is about by showing vehicle illustration or use cases such as users in the shape of elderly, students, etc.

Depending on the platform and campaign (such as targeted ads using Meta Ad Platform) we would adapt message and match illustrations accordingly.

I was responsible for the continuous creation and refinement of platform documents that demonstrated how Via’s solutions helped make transportation more affordable and efficient, while also driving increased ridership and revenue for our partners. Throughout these projects, I consistently looked for opportunities to improve layout, data visualization, and content structure—ensuring our materials were both visually engaging and easy to digest, while effectively highlighting the most relevant information.

During my time at Via I collaborated to bring to life dozens of deployments through the US and Europe, above is just a compilation of a couple of deployments I'm proud to showcase! I'm also happy of my work for a series of deployments closer to home.

You can also see the evolution of the brand, as we eventually transitioned to make Via more prominent to increase visual presence on the App Stores and on the streets during the wrap design process.

Event presence refresh project.

Following the work showcased above, one project I am particularly proud of is the complete redesign of our booth, unveiled at the UITP Summit in Germany in early 2025. In light of the recent acquisition of Citymapper—and with the goal of dedicating more space to Remix, one of our core tools—we used this opportunity to present our services in a more comprehensive and engaging way.

Our approach focused on ensuring that each face of the booth was visually striking and concise, while also serving as a complementary backdrop that supported our team’s interactions with attendees.

The centerpiece of the redesign was a new visual panel that highlighted Via’s comprehensive, 360-degree approach, from operations and customer service to drivers and end users, brought to life through the use of real-world imagery. Below is a brief overview of the design process and the final result.

Sub-brands support.

As the company continued to grow and the brand evolved, I contributed to numerous initiatives aimed at elevating the brand and adapting it to support the launch of new products and features. Below is the development of a sub-brand for the Student Transit initiatives; along with the sub-brand logo creation, I created a mockup of how the app adapted to the new brand identity to make the Student Transit division unique, while still feeling part of the main product.

Role overview.

As a Production Designer at Via Transportation’s Studio division, I played a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and visual consistency across marketing, product, and platform initiatives. Over the course of three years, I streamlined team workflows, built and maintained scalable asset libraries, and delivered a broad range of design solutions—from global marketing campaigns and user interfaces to expo booths and partner integrations. My cross-functional collaboration supported major company milestones, including international launches, the acquisition of Citymapper, and successful RFP initiatives that contributed directly to revenue growth and increased brand visibility.

What’s shown above highlights the backend of the business—the strategic steps taken to secure new partnerships, or what Via refers to as 'deployments.' Once a deal is finalized, the Brand & Consumer team works closely with a Growth team counterpart to bring the deployment to life. This involves developing a complete brand identity and suite of marketing materials, guided by input from the partner—typically a city or transit agency representative.

Steps included: Brand development, mobile and web app design, product launch and expansion marketing materials, vehicle wrap design.

Booth design concept and execution.

In addition to ongoing collateral design, I contributed to how Via presents itself on the global stage. As the company participated in major transportation events across the US, Europe, and Asia, we continuously evolved our messaging to resonate with diverse audiences.

While we developed adaptable production templates, each event required customization to align with organizer layouts and regional business priorities. I regularly collaborated with internal BDR team-members and external partners to ensure all deliverables met production requirements, brand standards, business priorities and deadlines.
